So initially, I saw this product on TikTok and was very interested, but did not trust you buy it from TikTok, so I got it from oxv health.I have now been taking these pills for almost 2 weeks. I will say give it some time the first few days I didn’t feel much but now after some consistency I have incredible energy and a wonderful boost of my mood. I haven’t felt this good in months definitely add this product to your daily regimen

Very best magnesium I've used. It was recommended to me by my L.Ac. I have been taking this form and brand for several years. It is very helpful for relaxing the muscles of the bowel as well as enabling better sleep and reduction of muscle pains. Magnesium is a super nutrient! Difficult to see in the photo, but the empty capsule on the top is a size 0. Capsule on the bottom is a size 00, slightly larger in circumference mostly and a wee bit longer too. This magnesium is in a size 00 veggie cap.

A little on the larger side but not too bad.

OXV magnesium glycinate supplement. The caps are fairly easy to swallow and work well for sleeping and preventing leg cramps. It takes a few days for the cramps to calm down after starting this supplement. I started sleeping better after 2 days of use. The caps are 120mg each and the bottle contains 180 capsules. I take 2 caps about 1 hour before bedtime. Magnesium is responsible for over 300 functions in the body and magnesium glycinate is the most readily absorbed for of magnesium. Good supplement with good results.

I buy a package of OXV sea moss supplement every few months (take it for a month or two, then make a break for 2-3 months). I just began to use these pills and I like that they are easy to swallow with no nasty after taste another thing is the ingredients are all good from what I’ve read so I hope I have positive results with these
